Established in 1983 our organisation has developed to handling a employee client base today of in excess of 20,000 seafarers and oil and gas workers, setting the standard for payroll operations and management.  Based in Guernsey in the Channel Islands out our clients emanate from Britain, mainland Europe and overseas.

Since we started in this business, inevitably the requirements of our clients have changed, as have the market conditions and industry regulations.  As an organisation we continually review and develop our product and service offering and we have always kept abreast of market needs, trends and regulations.

Bachmann Marine, a member of the BachmannHR Group, is the largest “offshore employer"of seafarers, managing a payroll of approximately 20,000 employees.
