Nick Saul

Managing Director

Nick joined Bachmann in February 2008 after a career at sea working on tankers and bulk carriers, he came ashore in 1985.

Following a degree in Maritime Commerce, for the last 22 years he has worked in a variety of senior roles within the passenger shipping industry both in the UK and Europe.

Clive McMinn

Operations  Director

Clive qualified as a chartered accountant in 1977 and moved to the Channel Islands in 1978.

He spent 16 years in the insurance industry as Finance Director of the leading local insurance company eventually specialising in Captive Insurance Company management. He joined Bachmanns in 1998 and transfered to BMSG in 2007, currently responsible for the operations of the payroll division.

In 2009 he was awarded the Diploma in Company Direction (Dip. IoD).

Michelle Jamison

Director

Michelle joined the company in 2002 after 13 years working for the UK's largest optical retailer.

Her background is in accountancy and payroll and is a qualified project manager.  As well as being responsible for many of the day to day activities, Michelle is involved specifically in the take on of new business.

She is a PRINCE2 accredited Project Manager at foundation and practitioner level.
